Negotiation Including EPC Contract, Subcontract, Purchase Order, Service
Contract, Variation Orders Negotiation And Management
- Claim Strategy (defensive & Offensive)
Definition And Implementation, Preparation And Writing Of Claim Files, Claim
Negotiation, Support To Legal Department Or Consultant, Conciliation
- Tender Preparation, Bidder Assessment, Contract
And Order Negotiation And Award
- Project Risk Analysis And Management
- Negotiate With Owners, Consortium Companies, And
Subcontractors
- Cooperate With Lawyers To Prepare Relevant Claims
And Negotiation Documents

Collaborate With Project
Teams To Draft And Review The Subcontract And Accumulation Of Claims Documents
During Project Implementation Progress
Job Requirements:
- Education: Min. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
major
- Language: Fluent in English/Indonesian (writing
and verbal)
- Experience: 5 years of contract management experience in the construction sector or industrial projects
- Rich experience in contract, claim management,
and negotiations
