Job Description:
- Deliver coding classes based on the established teaching pedagogy through regular weekly classes, ad-hoc programs, or school programs for local and international students in Singapore.
- Guide students in developing a final project to be presented and shared with classmates and parents.
- Foster a dynamic, engaging, and collaborative classroom environment.
- Encourage students to persevere through challenges and transform their ideas into creative products.
- Collaborate closely with lead instructors to provide parents with timely and meaningful feedback on students’ progress.
- Test newly developed curriculum through workshops or hands-on activities with students.
- Continuously refine and improve the curriculum based on feedback and learning outcomes.
Job Requirements:
- Passionate about shaping the next generation by equipping them with essential digital skills.
- Eager to continuously learn and expand knowledge in Computer Science and/or Engineering.
- Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills; open-minded and adaptable.
- Strong interest in software engineering, including mobile app development, programming, and hardware programming.
- Preferably proficient in one or more programming languages.
- Prior teaching experience, such as tutoring or team training, is an advantage.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrates a proactive “get things done” attitude.
