Job Description:
- Support For Troubleshooting Problems In All PSI Customers.
Also, Support For Change Requests In The Customer Network. Including Reporting,
Documentation, And Standby Monitoring.
- Support For Onsite Resident Engineer On PSI Customer Site.
- Provide Server And System Operation Support, Problem
Isolation, And Troubleshooting For Incidents. Proactively Maintain And Develop
Infrastructure Technology For Backend Services.
- Doing Implementation And Ensure The Deployment And
Configuration Based On Work Order And Timeline.
- Collect Evidence For All Work Order.
- Troubleshooting During Deployment If Needed.
- Create Technical Documentation During Implementation For BAST And Manage Service Needs.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree from IT/Information System/any major related.
- Experienced min. 5 years as DevOps / Cloud Engineer.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft, AWS, HIT Cloud Technology.
- Able to operate power platform & data AI
- English is a must
