Job Description:

  1. Manage the onboarding process until clients actively use the platform, deliver online or onsite (Jakarta-based) training for client teams.
  2. Explain technical features in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
  3. Monitor client account usage and activity, re-engage inactive or at-risk clients.
  4. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to evaluate performance and business value, develop and support Product Champions within client teams.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, provide strategic recommendations to optimize product usage.
  6. Build strong, long-term client relationships, act as a liaison between clients and product/technical teams, assist in resolving product, data, or integration issues.
  7. Maintain client satisfaction and retention, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. collect client success stories and testimonials.


Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, IT, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
  3. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  4. Experience conducting client onboarding, training, and product adoption programs.
  5. Ability to analyze client usage data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  7. Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical teams.
  8. Experience managing multiple client accounts at the same time.
  9. Familiar with SaaS, CRM, chatbot, or data-driven platforms (preferred).
  10. Willing to conduct online and onsite meetings (Jakarta-based clients).
