Job Description:
- Increase Customer Account Balance Through Continuous
Execution Of Sales Activities (via Calls, Walk-ins, And Visits):
- Introduce And Explain Products / Promotions
- Provide Product Consultation
- Cross-sell
- Handle Customer Account-related Administrative Procedures / Paperwork
- Account Opening
- Keep Track Of Customer Communications And Transactions
- Stay Updated On Company Products And Promotions, And Preferably Also Market Products, Players, And Trends
- Establish And Maintain Good Relationships With Customers:
- Regular Courtesy Calls – To Check Up On Customers, Not Just For Sales Purposes
- Profiling: Understand Needs, Preferences, Life Styles
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in retail banking, customer service,
or financial advisory roles is preferred.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of retail banking products, services, and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office suite.
