Job Description:
- Oversee and enhance sales performance to drive customer growth and ensure consistent brand strategy implementation.
- Provide leadership by conducting briefings, training sessions, and strategic planning to improve the sales team's performance. Take charge of the customer planning process and coordinate trade planning, ensuring trade effectiveness and efficiency.
- Formulate and execute strategic account plans aligned with company guidelines and budgets, aiming to increase revenue and implement retail programs.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 4-7 years of relevant industry experience, including Cosmetics, 3C, IT, FMCG, etc.
- Demonstrate a track record and deep understanding of channel dynamics, including key accounts (KA) and small-medium enterprises (SMEs).
- Exhibit extensive experience and sound judgment in setting and achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in English spoken and written.
