Job Description:

  • Supervise direct sales results achieved to growing customers, and unify brand strategy.
  • Provide leadership through briefing, training, and planning to improve the performance of the sales team, including leading the customer planning process, as well as being inclusively responsible for coordinating the trade planning process, trade effectiveness, and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase revenue and retail programs in line with company guidelines and budgets.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor's Degree in any major
  • Able to speak English well. Minimum 4-7 years working experience in the industry which includes cosmetics, 3C, IT, FMCG, etc.
  • Proven experience and strong understanding of channel dynamics, which includes KA and small-medium enterprises. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
