Job Description:
- Supervise direct sales results achieved to growing customers, and unify brand strategy.
- Provide leadership through briefing, training, and planning to improve the performance of the sales team, including leading the customer planning process, as well as being inclusively responsible for coordinating the trade planning process, trade effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase revenue and retail programs in line with company guidelines and budgets.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4-7 years working experience in the industry which includes cosmetics, 3C, IT, FMCG, etc.
- Proven experience and strong understanding of channel dynamics, which includes Key Account and small-medium enterprises.
- Extensive experience and judgment to plan and achieve sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to speak English well.
