- Translate From Business To Plan And Scalable Design
- Continuously Optimize The Infrastructure
- Mentor The Team, Create A Culture Of High Performance, And Design The Best Tech Organization In The Industry
- Effectively Workplan And Implement Roadmap
- Help Define Standards And Development Processes
- Monitor KPIs And IT Budgets To Assess Technological Performance
- Making Sure The Engineers Have A Highly Productive Environment To Work In
Job Requirements:
- Wide knowledge about Database such as RDBMS, KV, Graph, Column and Document
- Experience with Database scaling (Replication, Sharding )
- Experience with Event Driven Systems
- Experience building high availability systems and scale systems
- Battle-tested building modern cloud infrastructure and automation
- Cloud Service (GCP, AWS, Azure) Kubernetes, Terraform
- Strong knowledge of data structure and algorithm for building high performance system and low latency
- Experience with ETL and building OLAP System
- Strong leadership and experience building the highest performance engineering teams
