• Strategy And Growth: Lead And Oversee The Implementation Of The Company Business Plan, Annual Budget, And Financial Targets
• Sales & Business Development: Finding New Growth/business Opportunities For The Company And Forming Strategic Partnerships That Open Up New Markets That Will Lead To Additional Revenue Generation
• Operational Management: Manage The Daily Operations And Lead In Production Of Yellowfin Tuna Products
• Project Management: Provide Top-notch Project Management Approaches To The Development And Expansion Of The Business Activities
• Relationship Management: Manage And Maintain Relationship With Strategic Stakeholders Including But Not Limited To Buyers, Suppliers, Investor, And Fishing Organizations.
• Impact Monitoring: Monitor And Evaluate Impact Performance, Including Coordinating The Initiatives At The Fishers Community Level, And Traceability Program
• People Management: Manage And Coordinate The Key Management Teams And Production Workers
• Fundraising: Raising Debt Or Equity Financing From Institutional Investors / Banks To Help Expand The Business. Develop And Maintain Relationship With Investors, Banks, And Other Financial Institutions
• Identify And Evaluate Potential Mergers And Acquisitions, And Manage Due Diligence And Integration Processes

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, environmental science, or equivalent. Advanced is degree preferred
• Experience in the seafood industry would be highly preferred
• Minimum 10 years of managerial experience
• Understand manufacturing and trading business process
• A passion for sustainable fisheries and social and environmental impact
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa and English.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills
