Job Description:
- Responsible For Ensuring All Business Activities Are In Line With The Organization’s Objectives. •
- Develop Partnerships With Key Stakeholders Aimed At Accelerating The Company’s Growth.
- Work With The Marketing Team To Create Strategies That Boost The Company And Product Awareness.
- Manage, Develop And Deliver The Financial Plans In Line With Budget
- Following Up And Monitoring Sales Achievements And Provide Frequent Updates To The MD.
- Lead And Manage The Commercial Function That Includes, Key Accounts, Sales, Marketing
- Develop And Maintain Internal And External Stakeholder Relationships
- Heavily Involved In The Motivation, Drive And Development Of New Talent Within The Organization.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in online businesses which include commercial, marketing and/or past experience as a Head of Commercial or Commercial Director
- Proven experience in sales and client relationship management
- Experience in market research and analysis
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and performance reporting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
