Job Description:

Channel Development:

  1. Identify and evaluate potential sales channels to expand the organization's reach and market penetration.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement channel development strategies.
  3. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and align channel strategies accordingly.
  4. Build relationships with channel partners, negotiate contracts, and manage ongoing partnerships.
  5. Monitor channel performance and identify areas for improvement and growth.

Sales Support:

  1. Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively promote products or services.
  2. Assist in the creation of sales collateral, including presentations, product brochures, and sales scripts.
  3. Develop sales enablement materials and programs to enhance the sales process.
  4. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and marketing efforts for optimal results.
  5. Support sales teams in resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues

Execution Monitoring:

  1. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to assess channel effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.
  2. Develop and implement monitoring processes to track the progress of channel development initiatives.
  3. Generate reports and provide insights to management regarding sales trends, market dynamics, and channel performance.
  4. Conduct regular performance reviews with channel partners to evaluate their effectiveness and address any gaps.


Digitalization Concept:

  1. Identify opportunities to leverage digital technologies and automation to enhance sales processes and customer experiences.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digitalization strategies.
  3. Conduct research on emerging digital trends and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
  4. Ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into existing sales processes and systems.
  5. Monitor and analyze the impact of digital initiatives on sales performance and make necessary adjustments.

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in channel development, sales support, and execution monitoring.
  3. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  5. Familiarity with digital technologies, CRM systems, and sales automation tools.
  6. Strong project management and organizational skills.
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  9. The results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
  10. Knowledge of the industry and market trends in which the organization operates is preferred.
