Job Description:
- Acquire new parents and grow community membership
- Recommend suitable coding programs for students
- Manage parent relationships and support engagement events
- Coordinate with teaching team for assessments & conversions
- Organize lead generation activities and ensure payment completion
- Handle onboarding emails, CRM updates, and basic admin tasks
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Proactive, fast learner, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
