Job Description:
- Lead Distributor In Terms Of
POS Acquisition To Grow The Business In The Assigned Territory
- Develop Field Forces For
Excellence Execution In The Field Covering Sales And Merchandising
- Co-joint With Distributor To
Develop The Annual Business Plan And Quarterly Business Review
- Ensure Distributor To Have Enough Inventory To Avoid Out Of Stock In The Planning Stage
- Identify The Business
Opportunity To Capture The Arise Opportunity
Job Requirements:
- Indonesian Talent with at
least 10 years working experience in FMCG/ Tobacco
- Possess Degree / Professional
qualification in Business Studies, Sales, Marketing or related field
- Proficient in both English,
Bahasa and local dialect
- Good communication and
interpersonal skills
- A team player who takes
ownership to drive result
