Job Description:
- Achieving Goals And Targets Of The Products And To Explore New Market Opportunities
- Supporting Distributors To Achieve Monthly Target & Yearly Target
- Researching On The Competitors' Products By Evaluating Characteristics, Pricing
- Monitoring Budgets By Comparing And Analyzing Actual Results With Plans And Forecasts
- Studying And Make Sales Plan, P/L Statement As Consolidated Basis And Non-consolidated Bases & Supervise Them Every Month
- Controlling Account Receivable And Inventory To Maximize Cash Flow
- Channeling Management (Assign Distributor And Terminate Distributor) Smoothly
- Maintaining Long-term Client Relationships
Job Requirements:
- Have 8-15 years' experience working in a similar capacity, preferably in medical devices
- Possess 3+ years experience in team management
- Have business management skill, and strategy building force
- Have excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Be enterprising and highly self-driven
