Job Description:

  • Achieve sales targets
  • Conduct market surveys, create sales plans, and analyze sales reports
  • Set sales targets and action plans to increase sales
  • Build relationships with business owners to initiate the sales funnel
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and expand the network with new clients
  • Evaluate performance, provide coaching, and give direction to the sales team periodically

    • Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a BDM or Sales Manager in Finance, Banking, or Insurance.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Excellent communication skills and passion for sales.
  • Proficient presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with data and strong analytical thinking.
  • Ability to lead a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Pleasant personality, honesty, enjoys socializing, critical thinking, confidence, maturity, high self-drive, service action, and speedy response.
