Job Description:

  1. Identify and develop potential developer/property clients
  2. Conduct product presentations and system demonstrations to clients
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships while acting as the main PIC for developers/clients
  4. Manage the sales process from prospecting, meetings, and negotiations to closing
  5. Coordinate with internal teams regarding client needs and system implementation
  6. * Support the onboarding, training, and system activation process for clients
  7. Monitor project pipelines and revenue targets
  8. Provide market insights and product feedback to support business development initiatives
  9. Build long-term partnerships with clients and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities in the future


Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
  2. 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, B2B SaaS Sales, Developer Relations, or Property/Real Estate Sales.
  3. Able to work in mobile/field-based environment
  4. Owns a personal vehicle and own a valid SIM A dan SIM C (driver’s licenses)
