Job Description:
- Acquire and manage property developers for SaaS/CRM solutions by executing the full sales cycle (prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing) and achieving revenue targets.
- Conduct product demos, technical walkthroughs, and value/ROI-based presentations, with strong understanding of product modules, integrations, API basics, and pricing.
- Act as the main point of contact for developer partners, building long-term relationships and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities across projects and modules.
- Lead developer onboarding and project activation, coordinating closely with Tech/Engineering, Product, Operations, and Finance for integration, billing, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Execute and support project launches, agent onboarding, training sessions, and campaign activations, ensuring high adoption and proper use of SaaS/CRM features.
- Manage and forecast a healthy sales pipeline, analyze project cycles and launch schedules, and deliver structured reports and performance updates to management.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis within PropTech, CRM, and SaaS to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic insights.
- Willing to work mobile/field-based, including site visits, travel across cities, and flexible schedules (weekends/shifts) during project launches.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, B2B SaaS Sales, Developer Relations, or Property/Real Estate Sales.
- Professional-level English is mandatory.
- Strong SaaS sales capability with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Solid understanding of property developer workflows (KPR, product knowledge, project launches, agent handling).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills, including sales forecasting.
- Able to manage multiple leads, projects, and stakeholders effectively.
- Comfortable working in a mobile/field-based environment and conducting training for agent teams and developer staff.
- Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently.
- Possess a personal vehicle with valid SIM A and SIM C.
- Domiciled in Bandung or Surabaya and willing to be based in Bandung/Surabaya.
- Experience with PropTech, CRM, SaaS platforms, developers, property agencies, project launches, agent campaigns, or sales gallery activities is a plus.
