Job Description:

  • Possess 6+ Years' Experience In Consultative Selling And Business Development, Partner, Or BD Roles, Preferably Within The Microsoft Ecosystem, Focusing On Infrastructure Or Cloud Platform.
  • Deep Understanding Of Microsoft Partner Ecosystems And The Ability To Utilize Their Solutions Effectively To Address Customer Needs.
  • Proficiency In Microsoft Licensing, Including EA & CSP.
  • Prior Experience At Microsoft Or A Systems Integrator Partner Is Beneficial.
  • Preferably Possess A Microsoft Azure Security Technologies Certificate (AZ-500).
  • Proven Track Record Of Establishing Connections With Senior C-level Stakeholders, Leading Global Business Development Initiatives With A Customer-centric Approach.
  • Demonstrated Ability To Achieve Results In A Complex Organizational Structure.

Job Requirements:

  • Formulate business development strategies and initiatives for the Indonesian market. Identify and shape new business growth opportunities in collaboration with sales, solutions, and marketing teams.
  • Comprehend clients' cloud and digital transformation portfolios, IT priorities, and success indicators to create solution architectures aligned with company's Microsoft Solutions and services.
  • Act as a Trusted Microsoft Cloud Advisor, meeting sales quota objectives by nurturing lasting relationships that emphasize understanding customer requirements to craft and provide valuable solution architectures.
  • Represent the company as a Microsoft Cloud partner, influencing our long-term strategy and partnerships for mutual benefit. Keep senior leaders informed about progress and improvement areas.
  • Educate and empower company's sellers with insights into customer, market, and industry trends, including competitive dynamics and technology shifts.
  • Establish a network of relationships with key ecosystem partners to collaboratively drive demand and enhance the visibility of company's cloud solutions and services.
