Job Description:
- Responsible for promoting geosynthetic products and solutions.
- Establish and expand a client network.
- Strengthen existing client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings for technical explanations and clarifications.
- Collaborate with the technical team to create technical submissions and work method statements.
- Prepare purchase orders, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost assessments, offer proposals, and negotiate contract terms under the authority of the Business Unit (BU) Manager.
- Compile and submit bid documents.
- Follow up on client requests for tender submissions and ongoing projects.
- Continuously gather and analyze the latest information on project tenders.
- Submit accurate weekly progress reports to the BU Manager.
- Ensure accurate data entry and management within the company's CRM system (Salesforce).
- Join professional associations related to geotechnical, construction, bridge, and road sectors to build a network and advocate for the company's interests.
- Participate in conferences and exhibitions.
- Organize conferences and webinars with clients.
- Actively promote company activities on social media.
- Stay updated on competitor information and market trends.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Construction/Transportation Engineering or a related field.
- Background in geotechnical engineering is a plus.
- Possess experience in design, proposal preparation, negotiation, and tendering.
- Demonstrate experience in construction project management.
- Have a strong understanding of infrastructure systems.
- Exhibit expertise in geosynthetic applications.
- Prior experience working with leading geosynthetic solution/product providers in Indonesia.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.
- Fluent in English.
