Job Description:
- Prospect & acquire property developers for SaaS/CRM solutions
- Handle full sales cycle (lead gen – pitching – negotiation – closing)
- Conduct product demos & ROI-based presentations
- Manage developer relationships & identify upsell opportunities
- Lead onboarding & coordinate with Tech/Product/Operations
- Support project launching, agent training & campaign activation
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting & performance reporting
- Conduct market & competitor analysis
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (any related field)
- 3–6 years experience in B2B SaaS BD / Property / Developer relations
- Strong sales & negotiation skills (target-driven)
- Understand property developer workflow
- Professional English (mandatory)
- Own vehicle + SIM A & SIM C
- Willing to work mobile & weekend during launch
