Job Description:
- Conduct
Market Research To Identify Potential Clients And Industry Trends.
- Develop
And Implement Effective Sales Strategies To Achieve Revenue Targets.
- Build
And Maintain Strong Relationships With Key Decision-makers And Influencers.
- Present
And Promote Our Executive Search Services To Prospective Clients.
- Prepare
And Deliver Compelling Sales Presentations And Proposals.
- Negotiate
Contracts And Agreements With Clients.
- Collaborate
With Internal Teams To Ensure Client Satisfaction And Successful Project
Execution.
- Stay Updated On Industry Developments And Competitor Activities.
- Provide Timely And Accurate Sales Reports And Forecasts To Management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's
degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven
track record of success in business development, preferably in the executive
search industry or a related field.
- Strong
knowledge of the executive search industry and familiarity with executive
hiring processes.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and
establish trust with clients.
- Demonstrated
ability to identify and convert business opportunities into successful deals.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive and persistent approach to achieving goals.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
