Job Description:
- Identify, evaluate, and acquire new software/products principals across AEC, Manufacturing, and new market segments
- Develop new revenue streams beyond core business, including education & certification, training/academy, and professional & subscription-based services
- Prepare business cases, revenue projections, and ROI for new initiatives
- Act as key contact and strategic partner for principals, including negotiation of distribution agreements, pricing & margin, GTM collaboration, and growth targets
- Define and lead Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new products, verticals, and geographies
- Ensure execution from strategy → pilot → market validation → scaling
- Bridge management, sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure execution readiness
- Lead geographic expansion, starting with Surabaya & East Java, and develop a roadmap for other cities
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Engineering, Business, or Management.
10+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Sales, or General Management.
Experience in the Software, IT Solutions, or Services industry is highly preferred.
Proven track record in opening new businesses, new principals, or new markets.
Accustomed to working and interacting with international principals and partners.
Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and an execution-driven mindset.
