Job Description:
- Responsible For Overseeing All Building Management Work Include Handling The Building's Quality And Maintenance, Finance, Admin & Human Resource And Tenant Relationship
- Giving Strategy And Planning Related With Building Management Activities
- Managing All Divisions Under Building Management
- Managing Cost And Services For Building Property, Project And Maintenance
- Evaluating Services, Quality Control And Cost
- Managing Vendor’s Competencies, Capability And Quality
- Reporting Progress To Management
- Managing Optimization Process And Manpower To Support Company Goals In Effective Way
- Managing Data Project And Building Management
- Managing Special Project From Management In Timely
- Evaluating Standard Operation Procedure And Updated
- Another Task As Assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum S1 degree in mechanical, or electrical engineering, or any other relevant fields
- Have a minimum of 5-7 years of working experience in property management service for middle to High Rise Residential/Condotel
- Strong MEP engineering knowledge
- Business level English
- Good personal and interpersonal skills
