Job Description:
- Manage Brand strategy including establishing Brand goals, values and messages.
- Ensure portfolio and product development by creating new models according to trends and target market needs.
- Design and execute effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Ensure that product quality remains high according to brand claims.
- Supervise the team in Brand development, including marketing, design and production teams to consistently achieve Brand goals.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
- Experience as a Brand Manager Specialist in the Woman's fashion industry
- Experienced in the same/equivalent position for at least 3 years
- Have a leadership spirit in leading the team
- Accustomed to achieving Company KPI
