Job Description:
- Develop And Implement Comprehensive Marketing Strategies To Enhance Brand Visibility, Market Penetration, And Consumer Engagement.
- Lead And Mentor A Team Of Marketing Professionals, Providing Guidance, Performance Evaluations, And Fostering A Collaborative Work Environment.
- Analyze Market Trends, Consumer Behaviors, And Competitive Landscape To Identify Opportunities For Growth And Innovation.
- Plan And Execute Integrated Marketing Campaigns Across Various Channels, Including Digital Media, Traditional Advertising, Events, And Promotions.
- Manage Marketing Budgets Effectively, Tracking Expenses, ROI, And Making Data-driven Decisions To Optimize Resource Allocation.
- Collaborate With Product Development Teams To Ensure Alignment Of Marketing Strategies With Product Launches And Updates.
- Monitor And Report On The Performance Of Marketing Campaigns, Presenting Insights And Recommendations To Senior Management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in marketing roles within the consumer goods or food and beverage industry, with a track record of successful brand management and campaign execution.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse team.
