Job Description:
- Develop A Sales Plan In The Form Of A Sales Plan
- Serving Client Transactions From Start To Finish
- Make Proposals And Make Offers In Accordance With
Sales Targets That Have Been Determined By The Company
- Carry Out Customer Relationship Activities In The
Form Of Personal Communication With Potential Clients Every Day
- Directing All Operational Aspects Including
Distribution, Customer Service, Human Resources, Administration And Sales In
Accordance With The Branch’s Objectives
- Providing Training, Coaching, Development And
Motivation For Bank Personnel
- Developing Forecasts, Financial Objectives And Business Plans
- Provide Input Ideas For The Business Development
Team In Product Development And Promotion Strategies
Job Requirements:
- Education: Min. Bachelor degree in logistics
major
- Experience: Min. 5+ years experience in B2B
logistics sales (trucking, forwarding/export-import)
- Driver Licence: SIM A/SIM C
- Has a pipeline & a good achievement history
