Job Description:
- Expand The Sales Coverage In Jabodetabek Region
- Achieved Sales Target Month In And Month Out
- Conduct Customer Survet Within Their Teritory
- Analyze Customer Based On Their MAtrix And Customer Behavior
- Keeping The Collectibility Level As Well As The Non-Performance Financing Of The Branch
- Act As A Leader To Their Subordinates
- To Increase The Branch Profit
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manager in the Multi finance or Banking Industry
- A Hunter sales type
- Able to work with a tight deadline
- Target oriented
- Good Management skill
- Good Negotiation Skill
- Good Integrity
