Job Description:
- Responsible For Managing The Representative Office In The Branch.
- Responsible For Supervising And Controlling The Branch's Day To Day Operation.
- Provide Regular Reporting To Head Office As Per Required.
- Identify And Maintain A Good Relationship With New And Existing Clients To Enhance The Brand Of The Company.
- Craft Proposal And ROI For Prospective Clients And Present Them To Head Office If Required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Marketing Lead.
- Highly preferred talent that is used to manage a Branch.
- Must have background and good understanding of non-life insurance.
- Established connection to agents, dealers, or direct business is strongly preferred
