Job Description:
- Marketing Activity And Operational/non-marketing Activity
- Assess Market Condition And Identify Current And Prospective Sales Opportunities. Create, Develop, Implement A Strategic Plan To Get And Execute Marketing Plans
- Achieving Business/financial Target Branch Performance
- Identify Areas Of Improvement And Propose Corrective Actions That Meet Challenges And Leverage Growth Opportunities
- Must Be Able To Improve Network, Presence And Reputation Of The Branch And Company
Job Requirements:
- At least Bachelor Degree from any discipline from reputable university
- Minimum 6 years of experience in multifinance or banking industry
- Good command in English (written and spoken)
- Demonstrates proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Have good relationship and competent of dealing with people
