Job Description:
- Plan, Organize, Implement, Control, Review, And Improve Branch Activities And Performance
- Formulate, Recommend, And Secure The Implementation Of Branch Policies And Procedures In Line With Unit And Group Policies And Procedures
- Ensure Branch Decisions Are Properly Evaluated And Fair
- Ensure Branch Performance Is In Line With Company/unit Target And Objectives
- Coordination With Head Office’s Management Team
- Review And Supervise Sales Team
- Operation Meeting, Reports Review, Physical Visits, Physical Discussion And Review
- Frequent And Open For Communication With All Sections/staffs
- Fair And Responsible Decisions On Internal/staff Matters
- Costumer Service Focus, Suppliers As Stakeholders Attitude
- Friendly And Regular Contact But Professional Relationship
- Focus On Providing Solutions Proactively To Customers And Suppliers.
- Maintain Professional’s Relationship With Authorities Etc
- Assess Market Conditions And Identify Current And Prospective Sales Opportunities
- Directing All Operational Aspects Including Distribution, Human Resources, Administration And Sales
- Providing Training, Coaching, Development And Motivation
- Developing Forecasts, Financial Objectives And Business Plan
Job Requirements:
- Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Proven branch management experience or similar role minimum 3 year experiences in related industry
- Have experience in building material industry
- English is a must
- Excellent in operating Ms. Office especially for presentation
- Willing to perform mobile work
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
- Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Results driven and customer focused
- Leadership and human resources management skills
- Ability to learn and decide quickly
- Good interpersonal skills
