Job Description:
- Lead And Manage All Operational Activities Of The Branch. Develop And Implement Policies, Procedures, And Strategies To Ensure Efficient And Effective Operations
- Monitor And Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) To Achieve Operational Excellence And Customer Satisfaction
- P&L Responsibility For Branch And Ensure Branch Delivers To Agreed Budget
- Manage Customer Relationships, Research Customer Needs, Participate In Customer Solutions Development And Implementation Of New Accounts
- Lead And Motivate A Team Of Shipping Professionals, Including Supervisors, Coordinators, And Customer Service Representatives. Provide Guidance, Training, And Support To Enhance Team Performance, And Foster A Collaborative And Results-oriented Work Environment
- Ensure Compliance With Company Policies, Procedures, And Legal Requirements. Promote A Safe Working Environment And Enforce Safety Regulations To Minimize Risks And Accidents
Job Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree and possesses good English language
- History of success at reputable SHIPPING LINE principals or agencies is a MUST
- Demonstrated success in leading, managing and developing staff and high performance teams
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
