Job Description:
- Leading The Branch To Achieve The Targets And Goals That Have Been Set By The Company Properly
- Handle All Operational Aspects Within The Company And Ensure That Everything Runs According To The Established Standard Operational Procedure (SOP)
- Build Good Teamwork (internal) And Maintain Good Relationships With Customers (external)
- Accountable For The Results Of Work Properly And Optimally
- Other Related Tasks As Assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from Mechanical/Civil/Architects or related major
- High Conversational level in English
- Has 3 years experience as Branch Manager in Building Material Industry
- Has knowledge to follow the market trends and using social media to support sales for marketing purposes
- Has experience in the process of construction projects and dealing with contractors, developers and logistics partners especially in East Java
- Has extensive relationships with contractors, architects, consultants and end users
- Computer skill is a must (MS office, MS outlook, Internet, etc)
- Excellent in leadership, proactive initiative, good communication and negotiation skills
