Our client, a well-established company in the Security and Investigations Industry, is looking for a Branch Manager for their Balikpapan branch! If you are a passionate leader ready to manage branch operations, build strong client relationships, and lead a team toward success, we want to meet you!

1. Efficiently manage daily branch operations while ensuring compliance with company standards. 
2. Lead and guide the team to achieve targets and improve branch performance. 
3. Exhibit excellent communication and leadership skills. 
4. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field. 
5. Have at least 2 years of managerial experience, preferably in the security or professional services industry. 
6. Be willing to be based in Balikpapan.
