Job Description:
- Effectively manage daily branch operations to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of sales targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and motivation to succeed.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and branch profitability.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance, making strategic adjustments to improve productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and other stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a similar industry with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent team management skills.
- Deep understanding of local market trends and dynamics with the ability to develop appropriate strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and make sound decisions.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of best practices in sales, marketing, and operational management.
