Job Description:
- Provide technical expertise on the application of bakery and pastry raw materials, including flour, margarine, and food additives.
- Conduct product development, R&D trials, recipe testing, and product application innovation.
- Provide technical training, product education, and application support to B2B customers, including bakeries, hotels, restaurants, and SMEs.
- Support the sales team through product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Handle customer technical inquiries, troubleshoot product application issues, and provide after-sales technical support.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in bakery, pastry, or food production, preferably in a technical, R&D, or product application role.
- Strong knowledge of bakery and pastry ingredients and their applications.
- Hands-on experience in recipe development, product trials, and product innovation.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Experience in conducting training, product demonstrations, or technical support is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mandarin and English proficiency are preferred.
- Willing to relocate and work in Sunter, North Jakarta.
