Job Description:
- Contribute To Every Part Of Our Product Pipeline From Inception To Delivery
- Write Clean, Reusable, Maintainable Code With A Good Code Coverage
- Review Code From Mid And Junior Developers And Mentor Them
- Establish Best Practices And Strive For Engineering Excellence
- Act As The Technical Subject Matter Expert To Mentor Fellow Engineers And Demonstrate Technical Expertise
- Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrated Ability To Explain Complex Technical Issues To Both Technical And Non-technical Audiences
- Take Initiative And Implement Processes To Create Efficiency For Your Team And Yourself
- A Team-oriented Approach, With A Willingness To Receive Feedback And Iterate On Them
Job Requirements:
- Min 5+ Years of experience in software development
- Expert in either GoLang or Java
- Proficient in working with various relational and non-relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and have a solid understanding of database architecture and optimization techniques
- Extensive experience in building and optimizing scalable systems for high-load environments
- Advanced Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
- Advanced problem-solving skills and strategic thinking skills
