Job Description:
- Developing / Programming Machine Controls Throughout The Chain From HMI Down To Drivers / Protocols And With Associated Electrical Design.
- Involved From Start To Finish, Which Means That You Are Also Involved In Developing New Designs.
- Designed In Close Cooperation With Customers To Meet Their Needs (pneumatics, Motor Controls, Servos, Different Types Of Sensors).
- Involved When The Projects Are Assembled And Test Run.
- Together With Talented And Experienced Installation Technicians, You Are Sometimes Also Involved In Putting The Equipment In Place With The Customer.
- The Role Includes Continued Customer Contact For Support (either Remote Or On Site).
- The Most Common Platform For The System Solutions Is Siemens TIA Portal / S7, But Other Solutions Exist.
Job Requirements:
- General automation skills min 6-8 years' experience
- PLC programming in Siemens, LAD/FDB/Graph
- Good knowledge of electrical drawings
- Good knowledge of pneumatic valves and cylinders
- Basic knowledge of servo motors and drives
- Basic knowledge of Profinet and I/O-link networks
- Basic knowledge of electrical safety systems
- Software/licenses (Siemens TIA portal V15.1)
