Registered in Singapore & Indonesia, we can assist with your growth plans and strategies, and continue to expand our regional presence with strong regional partners to assist our client in recruitment and branding strategy.

1. Assist Recruitment Consultants in managing the full recruitment cycle.
2. Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
3. Schedule and conduct initial candidate interviews.
4. Coordinate communication between candidates and stakeholder.
5. Maintain accurate candidate and job records in the database.

1. Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Human Resources, Psychology, or Business).
2. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Detail-oriented and good at multitasking.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with LinkedIn for professional networking.
