• Bachelor Degree in media, communications, advertising, marketing or business or 5+ years in a similar role
• Business Skills: Must have at least 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment; a positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities.
• Industry experience: Corporate sales experience and knowledge of the market, current media issues, competitor behavior, and strategy. Exposure to the PR and Advertising industries is deemed desirable.
• Management skills: Experience in dealing with a range of senior stakeholders and can demonstrate that they have been an effective member of a team.
• Personal qualities: Proven capability in hands-on problem solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions; self-motivated and results driven; a genuine interest in mass information and current events; excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to work under pressure. Eager, tenacious, articulate, diplomatic, high energy, competitive and driven.
• Technology skills: Good Microsoft office suite competence, and an understanding of various social media platforms.
• Language skills: Excellent written and verbal English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with external parties to Senior Executive levels.
