Job Description:
- Develop
And Implement Sales Strategy:
- Create
And Execute A Comprehensive Sales Strategy To Achieve Sales Targets And Revenue
Goals.
- Identify
New Market Opportunities, Target Customer Segments, And Competitive Trends To
Drive Business Growth.
- Analyze Market Data, Customer Feedback, And Sales Metrics To Continually Refine The Sales Strategy And Optimize Results.
- Build
And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients, Real Estate Agents, Property
Developers, And Other Industry Stakeholders.
- Understand
Client Needs And Provide Personalized Solutions To Meet Their Requirements.
- Conduct Regular Client Meetings, Presentations, And Negotiations To Maximize Sales Opportunities And Maintain Customer Satisfaction.
- Utilize
CRM Systems And Other Tools To Streamline Sales Operations, Ensure Data
Accuracy, And Enhance Sales Productivity.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's
degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven
experience in property sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a Sales Assistant.
- In-depth
knowledge of the real estate market, property sales processes, and customer
behavior.
- Strong
leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing and
motivating sales teams.
- Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales software, and MS Office Suite
