Job Description:
- Assist And Support Tender Related Work (Coordinate, Prepare And Compile Tender Submission Documents In Relation To Tendering / Bidding Activities, Tender Questionnaires, And Pre- Qualifications. Review All Papers And Relevant Documents Before Tender Submission).
- Assist And Support All Aspects Of The Market And Business Development.
- Making Effective Data Collection On Time As Required By Marketing / Investment Manager.
- Making Effective Marketing And Business Development Reports, Showing Market Analysis, Predictions, Possibilities, Etc.
- Making Effective Presentations, Minutes Of Meetings, And Project Proposals Based On Communication With Clients.
- Perform Other Relevant Duties As Requested By Marketing / Investment Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Very good command of spoken Mandarin (HSK 5/6), very good command of spoken and written English (equivalent to B2 level or above).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Hard-working and passionate about learning.
- Prompt response to clients and team members and ready to work overtime if required.
