Job Description:
- Identify All Departments Structural And Functional Job Characteristics To Maintain And Develop Company's Career Path
- Organize, Conduct And Analyzed Performance Assessment Independently Or With 3rd Party
- Conduct And Analyzed The Development/ Training Program That Needed By All Department
- Develop Employee Career Development Based On Company's Organizational Requirements And Career Path System
- Assist Company's Management To Initiate And Review Current Development Program That Inline With Company's Goals
- Facilitate The Implementation Of Performance Assessment
- Prepare The Administration Of Succession Planning Program By Mapping The Available Talent
- Prepare Policy Regarding Talent Management In Accordance With Company's Need
- Developed Recruitment Based On Competency Behavior
- Other Related Tasks As Assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min 5 years of experience in Organization Development, People Development in Manufactur
- Min 3-4 years experience as supervisor/assistant manager in Manufacture
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- Proficiency in Business English
- Proven experience in organization development, job analysis, job assessment
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving
- Experience in using Ms.Office
- Quick learner and fast adaptation
