Job Description:
- Lead, Mentor, And Manage A Team Of Insurance Agents And Support Staff.
- Set Performance Targets And Provide Coaching To Achieve Sales Goals.
- Develop And Execute Sales Strategies To Drive Agency Growth And Meet Revenue Targets.
- Identify Opportunities For Growth Within The Branch's Market Area.
- Develop And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Prospects, And Business Partners.
- Provide Training And Development Opportunities For Branch Staff & Agents To Enhance Their Skills And Knowledge.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Agency Manager/Business Manager/Relationship Manager/Sales Person.
- Must have background and good understanding of non-life/general insurance.
- Established connection to agents, dealers, or direct business is strongly preferred
