Job Description:
- Provide After-sales Support For Large Format
Printers.
- Support Service Partner As Technical Advisor For After-sales Issues, Technical Support For Repairing Activities, Conducts Technical training And Escalating Issues To The Regional HQ.
- Customer And Partner Engagement While Also Doing
CRM Approval Activity.
- Verifying Spare Part Checking For Partners'
Requests And Assisting The Spare Part Team To Do Accurate Spare Part Forecasts.
- Support Presales Team By Providing Expertise In
Technical Areas In Order To Achieve Validation Of Concept (PoC) To Customer.
- Must Posses Excellent Communication Skills And A
Customer-first Attitude
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Science (Informatics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) major
- Language: English Business Level
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in
field Technical Support Engineer positions preferably in Commercial and
Industrial Printing, Textile Printing
- Full comprehension of inkjet printing technology
Digital printing and digital textile Solutions
- Knowledge in offset graphics, digital printing
& textile process (conventional and digital textile).
- Mechanical troubleshooting in Hardware
(Mechanical adjustment machinery).
- Good knowledge of direct current electricity,
Understand/comprehending schematic drawings of Machinery
