Job Requirements:
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Business or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Having 12 years of experience in the aftermarket, heavy equipment, or a similar industry.
- Preferably has a background in mechanical engineering and/or inventory control.
- Experienced in managing dealer parts sales, key indicators, operations, and dealer management.
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and excellent at persuading or lobbying external parties.
- Oversees warehouse operations, including stock management and ensuring timely procurement of materials.
- Actively contributes insights to support internal and stakeholder decision-making processes.
- Skilled in understanding customer needs, building new relationships, and maintaining existing ones.
- Proficient in using SAP and other business systems.
