Job Description:
- Selling CAD, BIM, and 3D Rendering solutions to AEC industry clients
- Understand AEC industry workflows and provide suitable solutions for clients
- Identify new business opportunities in Surabaya and surrounding areas
- Conduct product presentations, software demos, and technical consultations
- Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers
- Achieve sales targets and business activity goals set by the company
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AEC software sales, technical sales, or BIM solutions is preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills within the AEC industry
- Based in Surabaya or willing to be placed in the Surabaya area
- Willing to travel for business trips across East Java and surrounding areas; having a valid driving license (SIM A/C) is a plus
