Job Description:
- Lead the Sales, Technical, and Product teams to achieve divisional goals and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute business strategies, market expansion plans, and the division's annual budget.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with principals, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Monitor sales performance and drive the achievement of revenue and profit margin targets.
- Ensure the technical team remains up to date with the latest technologies, while supporting product training, implementation, and technical enablement.
- Oversee product positioning, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns to maximize market penetration.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in the AEC industry (Consulting, Property Developer, Contractor, Design Firm, or AEC Software).
- Mandatory experience in B2B Sales/Business Development within the AEC industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in roles such as Division Head, Sales Manager, Solution Sales Manager, BIM Manager, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of CAD, BIM, 3D Rendering, and other digital AEC solutions.
- Strong leadership, business development, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented, customer-focused, highly organized, and able to work effectively under pressure.
