Job Description:
Bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan Divisi AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction), mencakup sales, technical, dan product, serta memastikan strategi bisnis, target revenue, dan hubungan dengan principal & pelanggan berjalan efektif.
Key Responsibilities:
- Memimpin tim Sales, Technical, dan Product untuk mencapai target divisi.
- Menyusun strategi bisnis, pengembangan pasar, dan anggaran divisi.
- Mengelola hubungan dengan principal dan distributor.
- Memantau dan mendorong pencapaian target penjualan serta profit margin.
- Memastikan tim teknis memiliki kemampuan terkini dan mendukung training/implementasi.
- Mengelola positioning produk, promosi, dan kampanye marketing.
- Menjaga hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan utama.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- S1 Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, atau Industrial Engineering.
- S2/Master atau sertifikasi AEC/BIM menjadi nilai tambah.
Experience:
- 3–6 tahun di industri AEC (Konsultan, Developer, Kontraktor, Design Firm, atau AEC Software).
- Minimal 2 tahun di posisi manajerial/leadership (Head of Division, BIM Manager, Sales & Solution Manager).
Skills & Competencies:
- Leadership & team management.
- Strategic thinking & business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of CAD, BIM, 3D Rendering, dan digital AEC tools.
- Result-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
