Account Executive Officer

Registered in Singapore & Indonesia, we can assist with your growth plans and strategies, and continue to expand our regional presence with strong regional partners to assist our client in recruitment and branding strategy.

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets.
2. Identify market opportunities and implement effective marketing initiatives.
3. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards.
4. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
5. Coordinate with internal departments to support business objectives.
6. Lead and improve team performance and departmental processes.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Electrical Engineering background is an advantage.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Supervisor or 3 years as an Assistant Manager in Sales, Marketing, or Account Management.
4. Experience in the steel, electrical, industrial, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
